These terms apply to your use of www.verbll.com (the "site") and the Verbll waitlist. The site is run by Aipresso Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The waitlist

• Joining is free. It does not create a contract for the product, and it does not guarantee access, a launch date or a price.
• We plan to launch in 2027. Dates, features and availability may change.
• When the product opens it will have its own terms, which you will be asked to accept.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing support@verbll.com.

2. Who can use the site

You must be 18 or over, or use the site for a business or organisation that has authorised you. Give accurate details, and use only an email address that you own or are allowed to use.

3. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, animations, film, software, logo and the Verbll name belong to Aipresso Limited or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view the site and share its link. You may not copy, scrape, modify, distribute or build on the site or its content without our written permission, except where the law allows it. If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them without payment or credit.

4. Information on the site

The site describes the product we are building. It is general information, provided "as is", and it is not professional, legal, financial or policy advice. Descriptions reflect our current plans and may change before launch. Nothing on the site is an offer or invitation to invest, or a promise of results.

5. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site. Because the site and waitlist are free, our total liability to you for all claims arising from them is limited to £100.

6. Using the site from other countries

We run the site from the United Kingdom. If you use it from elsewhere, you are responsible for following your local laws. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected by these terms. You must not use the site if you are under trade or economic sanctions, or if the law of the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States or India bars you from receiving our services.

7. Availability and links

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it. The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

8. Suspension

We may remove you from the waitlist or block access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
