What we do
This process follows section 512 of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the EU Digital Services Act and the Indian Copyright Act 1957 and Information Technology Act 2000. We review each complete notice promptly. If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the person responsible. We may end access for repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you think we removed material by mistake or misidentification, email dmca@verbll.com with your contact details, the material and where it appeared, a statement that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We will pass it to the person who sent the notice.
